The first eddy current separator in China was developed with the technical expertise and design contributions of two chief engineers from EJETMAGNT. Magnetic Drum Separator
Available in a 3,000 gauss standard magnetic drum or a 15,000 gauss high-intensity roller. These options help in pretreatment by removing residual ferrous metals and magnetic stainless steel. A magnetic roller, plate, or a combination of these can also be used to separate unwanted metal particles.
Vibratory Feeder
The vibratory feeder is a popular choice, providing a uniform mono-layer distribution of the product stream to the eddy current separator. This ensures optimal material distribution on the conveyor, maximizing separation efficiency.

Various designs and models are available for different processing capacities in aluminum scrap recycling, enhancing recycling efficiency and yielding purer, higher-value metal streams.
EJET Eccentric Eddy Current Separator boasts over 99% sorting efficiency and is widely used in ZORBA recycling, especially for recovering non-ferrous metals from scrap car materials. With proven technology in a new design, the eccentric magnet system adjusts the magnetic pole’s center position based on the ASR material’s non-ferrous metal content, ensuring optimal separation angles and the best sorting results.
Eccentric Eddy Current Separator effectively sorts copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals from crushed household appliances. In the video, you can see a Japanese customer using our complete recycling system, which we designed and manufactured. The process begins with crushing the appliances and using magnetic separation to remove iron. The remaining materials are further sorted by our system: an air separator blows out light materials, the eddy current separator extracts non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum, and an induction sorter removes wires and circuit boards. The result is pure non-ferrous metals and plastics.
