Eddy current separators are widely used to separate non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass, etc.) from all kinds of downstream bulk material.
Ejet new design of Eddy current separator system is a mobile Eddy current separator line. Used for metal contamination removal.
This installation is constructed on a trailer and could be proved its value in the field. The separator could be equipped with an eccentric pole or concentric pole ECS series type. And there is a high magnetic intensity magnetic drum in prior to protect the Eddy current separators.
The mobile Eddy current separators separate both fine and normal fractions and can be used at different locations.

Material feeding is affected by a vibratory feeder and discharging is by the belt conveyor. The conveyor is designed to max possible width and driven by a shaft-mounted geared motor.
The electrical control panel, built with Schneider components is safely positioned underneath the vibratory feeder. The single panel controls the entire machine.
